- Criminal records and rap sheets: contact Oregon State Police CJIS
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Deschutes County Sheriff's Records Unit or Adult Jail
- Official background checks: order through Oregon State Police CJIS
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Set-aside and sealing: file with the court that heard the case
